Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date of dispatch. We endeavor to ship your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays.

When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

We ship from our UK studios. For any delivery destinations except for US, UK and EU you will be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. It’s important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.

All of our pieces limited and made to order to ensure that they are of the highest quality upon delivery, produced specifically per clients order.

Given the bespoke and limited nature of our pieces you may initiate a return for items sold by within 10 days from the date of delivery for full refund, not including the shipping cost on the condition that the piece is damaged upon delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions, or if the product is bespoke, custom or limited.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.

To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return. 

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days, however, this is also subject to your banks processing time.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.

Refunds are only permitted for full price items, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Tracking my order

Once your item has been shipped, we will send you tracking details.

To ensure the secure delivery of our furniture and lighting designs, we ship via DHL, UPS, or the most suitable courier. All other products will be shipped through UPS, Royal Mail, or the most appropriate courier.
