Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that there is a £5 return fee which is deducted from the return amount, the is because we are a small independent design studio and due the delicate, hand made nature of our products.

Tracking my order

We use royal mail for all of our shipping, to which a tracking service is available. Tracking your order depends on the type of shipping selected at checkout.

Signed and tracked

If you select signed and tracked shipping you will be able to fully track the whereabouts of your order through the royal mail website.


If you selected standard shipping tracking is available however it is more limited informing you only when your order has been dispatched and delivered.
