In 2025, we collaborated with British-Caribbean musician Yorke to create a bespoke piece of stage design for his latest release. That same year marked our first venture into restoration—reviving a pair of vintage 1970s Goodman Magnum 2 speakers with custom-made cones. Led by designer Kwaku Boateng, the project was a tribute to sound system culture—an essential thread in the fabric of Caribbean identity, particularly the carnival traditions of Trinidad and Tobago where both Yorke and Kwaku spent their formative years.
The result is the SP1 speaker stand—a sculptural form inspired by our signature T-01 table. Featuring cowhide leather straps that cradle the speakers, absorbing vibration ensuring not to go through its stainless steel frame, enhancing both clarity and presence in the listening experience. More than just functional, it’s a celebration of heritage, craft, and sound.
