We will replace any of our products that arrive damaged or broken in transit. Simply send an email with your name and order number to our support team at: support@triqis.co.uk 


Conditions

  • The replacement request must be made within 7 days from the dispatched date.
  • This policy only covers damage from shipping or in transit, it does  
    not include air bubbles and minor bumps as our products are made by hand, so each item will be slightly different. Characteristics such as 
    air bubbles and minor bumps happen in the making and are unavoidable due to the nature of the natural materials used.
